Quirky decor, friendly staff, good live music and delicious food make this exotic restaurant near Geneva city center one of our favorites. The fusion cuisine offers delicious Lebanese and Moroccan delicacies. Only certified halal meat is served. In fact, 80% of the products used in their juicy dishes come from French and Swiss manufacturers. They also prepare Ramadan menus and we love them for that!

This Pakistani and Indian restaurant is just a few steps from the UN headquarters and is ideal for lunch with colleagues or going out with friends. The spices complement traditional recipes, which are served in generous portions and watered with refreshing mango lassi. If you are a fan of samosas like us, you will find that they are deliciously crispy! Only certified halal meat is used in the kitchen for your reassurance.
7. Hafez
It is one of the oldest Persian restaurants in Geneva and is also considered the best thanks to its home-style cuisine and warm hospitality. The atmosphere isn’t as lively as you’d expect from a Middle Eastern restaurant, but it’s perfect for a relaxing evening in the city. The most recommended dish is the kebab – which you can order with rice or salad as a side dish – and the daily menu.
