The government has suspended all international flights to Pakistan for 14 days. This includes all airlines, not just PIA.
As of 8pm tonight, “all incoming international flights will be suspended for two weeks,” a statement said.
However, PIA is allowed to return its aircraft. Freight flights are also allowed.
