The civil aviation authority has notified the federal government of the extension of the cessation of all flight operations, including national and international flights.
In another announcement, CAA announced that charter and private flights will be closed from April 10th to 21st.
The aviation authority has also informed more than 30 general airlines and private plane owners of the recent decision, while restrictions also apply to the Prime Minister’s helicopter and VIP flights to Punjab and Baluchistan.
Under the restrictions, small planes must obtain a special government permit for flights.
