In a unique offer, the Emirates airline in Dubai now covers medical costs of up to 150,000 euros (PKR 3 Crores Approx) and quarantine costs of 100 euros (PKR 19,500) per day for passengers diagnosed with Covid- 19 during their trip while they are away from home.

This service is free of charge for customers.

This cover for medical expenses and quarantine costs related to Covid-19 is offered by Emirates to its customers free of charge regardless of travel class or destination. This coverage applies to customers flying Emirates until October 31, 2020 (the first flight must be completed on or before October 31, 2020). It is valid for 31 days from the moment you fly the first section of your trip. This means that Emirates customers can continue to benefit from the added security of this coverage even if they travel to another city after arriving at their Emirates destination.

Customers do not have to register or fill out forms prior to departure and are not required to use the coverage provided by Emirates.

All affected customers diagnosed with Covid-19 during their trip simply need to contact a dedicated hotline for support and coverage.
