Dubai’s flagship airline Emirates has extended ticket validity by two years from the date of the original booking.

“You can keep your ticket and we will extend it to 24 months from the date of your original booking. The price you paid for your original booking will be accepted at any time for any flight to the same destination / region during this period with no fees “said the carrier on his website.

The world’s largest international airline said passengers don’t have to call and cancel the ticket. “We have now extended your ticket’s validity by up to 24 months so you can simply call us to postpone your flight when you are ready to travel again,” it said.

“You don’t have to do anything, we keep your booking status open and you can postpone your flight whenever you are ready to travel again,” the statement said on the website.

These options are available for bookings made before May 31, 2020. Bookings made after June 1st are subject to the tariff conditions applicable at the time of booking.

It is important that the airline said that there will be no change in fees if passengers rebook within 24 months.
