Disgruntled Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) passengers flying from Dubai to Pakistan made an uproar on landing after being informed that their luggage had been left behind.
Two of the PIA flights to Peshawar and Islamabad took off without the passengers’ luggage, local news reported on Wednesday.
The two flights PK-256 from Al Ain to Peshawar and PK-218 from Dubai to Islamabad and have forgotten the luggage of the passengers, as reported. After the incident, passengers protested in front of the Federal Investigation Board and the deputy terminal manager had to intervene.
However, the angry passengers could not be reassured and the airport security force quotas were called, airport sources said.
