I have a ticket from etihad airline! Will etihad will fly on 4thmay ?? Or can i change my etihad flight to pia ?

Please help my husband and I are in Lahore. We booked with Emirates. Waiting to fly back to Johannesburg South Africa. When is Emirates confirming return flights. Our meds and cash is finished. Visa also going to expire soon. Please Emirates need to confirm at least 1 flight for people to return to Johannesburg South Africa before visa expires. I am 55 years and my husband is 60. Please we need to get home to Johannesburg urgently please assist
Hopefully once the lockdown is over on the 30th April, flights will resume to Middle East and other countries connecting us through Middle Eastern airlines. Lets hope that government lift the ban to flights by then. Meanwhile if there is some special flight from Pakistan going to Johannesburg, we will publish it on our website immediately.
