As the city gradually re-opens, Singapore Tourism Board chief executive Keith Tan has offered an update on how authorities are working to welcome tourists – when the time is right.

After almost 2 months of non-essential, social activities and short-term visit to prevent from the spread of corona virus, Singapore is gearing up to welcome tourism back.

Now that the daily cases reported are very low, Singapore hotels are ready to welcome local visitors. International travel will come at a later stage and government is taking calibrated steps to ensure the health and safety.
