The project is expected to cost $ 21 million (MAD 77 million) and will be built in the Expo 2020 Opportunity District on 3,449 square meters of land.
The site will probably be preserved after the event as a legacy and to show Pakistani culture. Sources closely associated with the project said that the Pakistani pavilion was designed by Pinchtech Engineering Consultants. He is also a mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) consultant for this project. Sources said Al Shafar General Contracting Co. LLC. Dubai was appointed prime project contractor while Al Shafar United for Electro Mechanical Engineering LLC (ASU) was appointed MEP contractor.
